This week, we established a new reseller agreement with Inducien Instruments S.A., a family-owned business based in Las Condes, Santiago Province, Chile. We had the pleasure of welcoming Jorge Landon and Pedro Oliva from the company to our offices in Aarhus, Denmark.

In three information-packed days, our Technical Sales Specialist, Frederik Ersted Christensen, and Geophysicist Søren Bjørn took them through a comprehensive training package on our instruments, including theory, field practice, and data processing. Simon Ejlertsen, Electronic Engineer, also explained the detailed components inside the instruments and the requirements for technical support.

With over 65 years of experience in the Chilean market, Inducien supplies state-of-the-art hydrological and meteorological measurement equipment to clients across the country. They provide comprehensive after-sales support, including training, installation, integration, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of geophysical instruments. The company also works closely with the General Directorate of Water of Chile.
