TEM Data Manager
This program copies data from a TEM instrument to your local PC. This program is used to update the instrument firmware, etc. It is relevant for all instruments produced by TEMcompany.

Stb Data Viewer
This is the program for reading and plotting data from binary stb-data files. The program is primarily designed for sTEM and sTEMprofiler data but should also be able to handle the larger tTEM and TEM2Go data files.
